'Tis the Season...

The Christmas Season is officially here and we are very excited in our house! We took some time this week to make a trip to see Santa. We met Aunt Jenn and Baby Claire at the mall and had a great time. You can see that Addie was not crazy being close to Santa. She was excited until it was our turn. She just wasn't so sure about this big, jolly man!

Here is Logan visiting with Santa. He told Santa he wanted a Wii and a DS. I was thinking, "Oh My!" Santa was thoughtful and told Logan he would do his best to bring at least one of those if he could. He asked for some other ideas and Logan was at a loss for words! Logan knows he better be on his EXTRA BEST BEHAVIOR!!!!!

And finally...Addie warmed up to Santa because of Santa's patient, sweet, non-threatening ways! She wouldn't get too close but at least close enough for a picture with her big brother. When Santa asked her what she wanted, she said "um...candy!" Easy enough!!!

Here are the 3 cousins after their big visit. Claire wasn't too at ease with Santa but they were still able to get an adorable picture with Santa. She was sitting in Jenn's lap but you would never know. It looks just like she was sitting in Santa's lap and she has her big grin on her face. I hope you all have a Happy Holiday Season. It's a busy, busy time but it's so much fun! This is definitely my favorite time of year. I'm happy to say that we have most of our decorations out, with the exception of the outside wreaths and our downstairs tree. We'll go next weekend to cut it down. We can't wait!

It's back to school on Monday but we only have 3 weeks before our Christmas Break. Let the countdown begin...
