Who is David's Fishing Buddy?

He can even catch butterflies!!!

Logan has really gotten into fishing with David this summer. They have been practicing at home for a while. It has paid off! David took Logan earlier in the summer to do some river fishing. David said he tried to help Logan at first but Logan told him to let him to do it by himself. Logan told him he could figure it out. (That is just like Logan!!) So, David did just that. He said he just started fishing as if he was fishing with his buddy, Pate, but he watched him out of the corner of his eye. At first, he threw it in the bushes and trees and got it stuck. He pulled it out and kept trying and he got it!! He came home proud to say he caught more fish than his Daddy and that is what he has come home saying every time they have gone fishing since. I know David is happy to have Logan as a fishing buddy. It's a good bonding time but he also knows I just might agree for him to do more fishing if he is taking at least one of the kiddos!!
